# 8 - CCFQ? - Interview the company Shipyards October

For the exhibition " Signals on the Horizon - What am I doing here? "We interviewed the company Shipyards October , star of the penultimate round of the series of meetings open to the public at the Teatro Maddalene.

Their show, User's Manual, started as a demonstration of the laboratory work of the second year the conscious action, but later evolves into a project in French for the opportunity that the group had to carry the play in Paris and from there the work continued to be addressed and grow as a work in progress.

The screenplay is a reinterpretation of the famous novel by Julio Cortazar , "Stories of cronopios and famas" and the stage adaptation does not claim to find meaning in the mystery of this novel, however, in interpreting the characters , the show manages to take the thread of logic that goes beyond the boundaries of mundane reality.

Shipyards October is above all a theater project that comes to life by an experience workshop born in October 2007 with the opening of the theater during the deliberate actions by Marco Caldiron.

The group, which followed two years of laboratory, then decided to continue the experience, creating a new educational project that aims at the staging of a performance of Shakespeare sull'Otello and evidence gathered in throughout Italy on the theme of jealousy.
