Andrea Segre is a director and writer of documentary films documentaries The extermination of the Gypsies (1998), '89-'99 Berlin - the Wall in the head (1999), Drita Ka? (2000), Marghera Canale Nord (2003 - selected to the 60th Mostra del Cinema di Venezia - the New Territories) The MAL'OMBRA (2007), Like a man on earth (2008).
E 'was selected at the Atelier of 2009 Cannes Film Festival and won best European project in the Projects section of the Factory / New Cinema Network at 3 Festival Internazionale del Cinema di Roma with the project Shun Li and the Poet .
In 2009 he directed Maybe things change, presented at the Torino Film Festival (UCCA Prize winner - and 20 cities Next prize!).
Since 2001 he has collaborated in projects of educational and scientific research with the Universities of Padua and Bologna. He has participated and organized several international cooperation projects, which have taken him to Tunisia, Spain, Albania, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Republic of Moldova, Iraq, Kosovo, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, with projects related to video production. He won numerous scientific awards national and international news.
